Any and all information you provide us when placing an order is only used to process and ship that order. We do NOT share/trade/sell personally identifiable information with outside parties except to the extent that it is necessary in order for us to complete and deliver your order.

Security Online
Our site is completely secure and is protected by the industry standard 128-bit encryption, ensuring that your personal information, including your credit card information, is kept secure while visiting our Online Toy Store. Information is sent to us in a scrambled form and decoded when it gets to us. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is powered by the Comodo Group. Our site has been designed with our customer's safety in mind. We do not store your credit card information. Instead, it is stored by our bank's authorized payment provider.
If you still feel uneasy about giving us your credit card information online you can also pay using PayPal.

Password Protection
We also offer Password Protected accounts. In order to view your shopping cart, address book, personal information and other account information a password chosen and maintained by you is required. (Note: Credit Card information is not stored on our site.)
If you forget your password a new password will be sent to you via email. This temporary password can only be released to the email address you used when setting up your account.

Order Options
The easiest way to place orders with us is by using our website to place your orders. But we also accept orders by phone (510) 528-4411 or fax (510) 526-5795. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States or picked up at our Albany location.
If you are in the neighborhood, you can stop by and visit one of our retail stores either in Albany, California or at Mandalay Place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit card payments. These payments are kept secure by our 128-bit encryption.
For your protection, the security code from your card is required for all credit card transactions. If your card looks like mine, this number might be smudged off the back of your card. If this is the case just call us at (510) 528-4411 during business hours (M-F 10-6), or fax us at (510) 526-5795 with your complete billing address and we can process your credit card payment manually.
To provide you with more options, we also accept payments through PayPal. If you choose to pay by PayPal eCheck, please allow up to four days for the transaction to clear before shipment.

Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping for any and all of the products you buy from us. Just specify which gifts you want wrapped for which occasions and we will do our best to meet your gift wrapping needs!
Each gift comes with a personalized "To:/From:" label, so please specify what you would like the label to say. If you do not specify and the gift is being shipped to an address other than your account address we will base the information on the label on the ship-to-addressee and sign it with your name.

You can create a Wish List for our Online Toy Store! Take a moment with your child(ren) to set up a Wish List and choose the toys, gifts and books you would like to receive on your special occasion. Family and friends can search for your Wish List and buy you the gifts you want. Gift Certificates
Purchasing Gift Certificates. Online Gift Certificates are available for purchase. They are available in $10, $25, $50 or $100 increments. Purchasing them is easy. Just click on the Gift Certificates link on any page, select the amount you'd like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out proceed and pay as you normally would.
Once your purchase has been processed by our credit card payment processing company your gift certificate will be released to your account. Log in to 5littlemonkeys.com and click on the "Send Gift Certificate" link to email this gift certificate to your friend or loved one. You decide the amount you want to give and what you want the email to say (If you purchased $25 in gift certificates you can send $20.00 to one fiend and $5 to another if you choose to). In no time your loved one will receive an email with their gift certificate redemption code and your message.
Redeeming Gift Certificates. If you have received a gift certificate redeeming it is easy. Just browse our online toy store and select the toys, gifts and books you want by adding them to your shopping cart. When you are checking out simply enter the source code from your gift certificate and the appropriate amount will be deducted from your gift certificate.

Returns
We want you to feel good about your online shopping experience with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase return it to us in its original packaging and condition within 30 days and we will happily refund you (Refunds must be processed using the same method of payment and account as used for the original purchase). Shipping charges are non refundable. See below for return instructions. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for drop shipped items.
Gifts. If you were given a gift that isn't right for you, you may return it in its original packaging and condition to us within 30 days for store credit. See below for instructions for returns.
Damaged Items. All toys, gifts and books are inspected prior to being shipped to you. If a product is defective or damaged please email us at info@5littlemonkeys.com and let us know. Include your name, address, order number and date, a description of the item and reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label and issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# on the outside of the box. If a product was obviously damaged in transit please keep all packing materials to return to us immediately. We will take it up with the carrier. Upon receipt of the damaged product we will send you a replacement.
All other returns, credits, and exchanges. You may return items (excluding drop shipped items) to us in their original packaging and condition for a full refund. Refunds must be processed using the same method of payment and account as used for the original purchase.
Please contact us by email at info@5littlemonkeys.com if you would like to return any item to us so we can issue you a return authorization. Include your name, address, order number and date, a description of the item and reason for the return. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA#). Please write your RA# on the outside of your box and include a copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip in order to expedite the processing of your return and ensure proper credit. Send the product in its original packaging and condition to us postpaid and insured in a manner which is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.
As we are unable to hold items in anticipation of a return we do not do exchanges. To ensure the availability of your product we recommend that you place a new order for the item online and we will credit you upon receipt of your return. Unless we are at fault, re-shipping charges will be apply.

Most orders will ship out within 24 hours or on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will go out the next business day.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items
While we do our best to keep our on-line inventory as accurate as possible, please understand that sometimes items are temporarily out of stock and back ordered. If this is the case you will receive an email notification. The rest of your order will ship immediately, and the backordered toys will automatically ship when they become available, unless you request otherwise by email.

Shipping
Our shipping rates are based on current UPS shipping rates, thus they depend on the size and weight of your package, as well as your distance from our Albany, CA store.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200.00. Most qualifying orders will be sent UPS ground; but Five Little Monkeys has the right to send your package using the carrier of our choice. Sorry, but our free shipping offer is available only to addresses located in the continental United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify as Ground Shipping is not available to these locations.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated when your order is placed but occasionally shipments incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case, Five Little Monkeys has the right to charge you for the any additional shipping charges incurred.
Expedited shipping is available. We can ship most orders UPS 3rd Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Please include 24 hours for order processing when calculating delivery time.
For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, Ground Shipping and 3rd Day Select are not available; orders must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Drop Shipments are not available for expedited shipping. These items include this restriction in their product descriptions.

Store Pickup Option
Avoid shipping charges! Our In-store pick-up option allows local customers to shop online at your leisure, pay for your toys and gifts, request gift wrapping, and then come and pick up your order at our Albany store! (Sorry this option is not available for our Las Vegas store.)
We will email you or call you when your order is ready to be picked up! Be sure to specify if you have a notification preference in the comments box during check out.
This option is great for parents who face the challenge of shopping with a toddler, want to keep gifts for their children a surprise, or for those who do not want to wait for their gifts to be wrapped.

New Product Submissions
We are always looking for unique, innovative, and high quality toys and gifts to sell in our stores. If you have a product you would like us to review please send the following via email or "snail mail":
- Information about the product, including wholesale prices, order increments, and minimums.
- Contact name, address, phone number, fax, and email address
- Product sample or photo. Samples submitted for our review cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting the sample. Five Little Monkeys does not pay for samples.
After reviewing your product information we will contact you if we are interested in purchasing your product(s). Please do not call us regarding your product submission as serving our customers' needs is our highest priority and sales calls take us away from our attention to our valued customers. Drop Shipping
Some items we offer on-line will be drop-shipped to your door directly from our vendors' warehouses. These items are not available for in-store pick-up, gift wrapping or expedited shipping. Please allow an extra 5 business days for processing. Drop Shipped items cannot be returned unless due to a product defect.
